C++ control software interpolates a 3D trajectory, computes joint kinematics and streams TCP commands to a 6-axis robot, so a thousand hours of hand validation run on their own.

Test fixture
A LabVIEW and NI myDAQ fixture reproduced the electromechanical failures on the bench and fed an ISO-compliant CAPA covering $40M of inventory.
